Here at Grit & Growth Therapeutic Solutions Ltd. we provide access to counselling and psychotherapy services, mediation, family dispute resolution and mediation (including corporate services), report writing (s.211 and Hear The Child reports)
Services are provided to meet your individual and therapeutic needs, offered either online or in-person.
Services are offered remotely via zoom platform or in-person in Victoria, British Columbia. In-person appointments will take place in our comfortable office environment, with fully private rooms, complimentary tea and water, and individualized care.
Our counsellors are RCC and CCC and able to provide services within British Columbia, and across Canada in unregulated Provinces - Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yukon Territory, NWT, Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador.

Meet Heather,
Heather is the Owner and CEO at Grit & Growth Therapeutic Solutions Ltd.
Heather brings with her both professional skills as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Psychotherapist, a background in Social Work, and more recently formal training as a Mediator, specialising in family work.
Heather brings 16+ years of direct work with families and individuals facing various life circumstances: mental health, trauma, neurodivergence, and relationship. Heather is trained in various evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, and feels most passionate about attachment and relational therapy models including AEDP, EFT, and EMDR/OEI.
Heather is a Associate Roster Mediator and member of Mediate BC and both a society and roster member of BC Hear the Child Society as well as a member of the Board of Directors.
Heather’s approach is warm and supportive drawing on inspiration from leaders in the fields of spirituality and psychotherapy.
