Therapy

Counselling Services include Individual Counselling for children and youth (ages 6+ to adult), Family Counselling, and Couple/Relationship Counselling. Extended sessions are available.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations can be done using the booking website through the link attached to the email conformation you received at the time of booking.  For appointments between the 48 and 24 hour notice, you will be charged a partial fee should I be able to fill your space with my waitlisted clients.

If you want to cancel your appointment within 24 hours you must contact your practitioner, and, you will be charged the full fee and sent and invoice to your email on file. If you have a credit card on file this will be billed accordingly.

Individual Adult Counselling (19+)

Individual 1:1 Counselling Session (50 min client time): $179

The journey to personal and individual counselling is a unique and important path. Our team can provide you support in individual, personal counselling, tailored to your individual and unique needs. This can include assessment and treatment planning, trauma-informed practice including EMDR or OEI treatment, as well as a variety of other modalities integrated to support your individual needs. Our team has expertise in relationships, attachment, neurodiversity, trauma, grief & loss, sexual health, LGBTQ2+, diversity, stress, anxiety, depression and many other areas.

Family Counselling |  Relationship Counselling

1.5 Hour Session - 2(+) Individuals (1 hour & 15min client time): $265

Parent Consultation (50 min client time): $168

Our practitioners have in-depth skills and knowledge supporting families and their unique and diverse needs to help problem solve and create connection between partners and children, to change old patterns, and find new paths to working together in a dynamic way that works best for your family.

Counselling for Parents & Caregivers/Guardians

1 Hour Session (50min client time) - 1 individual: $179

1.5 Hour Session (1 hour, 15min client time) - 2+ Individuals: $265

Parenting and caregiver support for Individual caregivers of children, tweens, teens and young adults.

Our practitioners are skilled in supporting caregivers of all shapes and sizes with psychoeducation, to support insight and understanding of development and understanding the uniqueness of our kiddos, interventions and strategies to help caregivers find patience and empathy so you can have authentic connections and build and strengthen your relationships.

Youth Counselling

1 Hour Session (50 min client time) - $168

Working with children and youth is one of the most rewarding aspects of this work. Out team collectively brings 15+ years working with children and youth in various capacities. They work from a strengths-based perspective, focusing on empowerment, choices, autonomy, and communication.

Our counsellors specialise in neurodivergence and can support caregivers and children/youth in learning new tools and strategies to support emotions and feelings. They can also support caregivers in understanding assessment options and diagnosis.
